Refund and Returns Policy

At one2shop, we are committed to providing our customers with products of the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product and the packaging it arrived in.

We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about the quality of a product, please contact our customer service team at sales@one2shop.online within 7 days of receipt. We handle these cases on an individual basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products for reasons of personal taste or change of mind. All sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect as stated above.

Refunds Process

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
